- Phil is absolutely fantastic! The whole process between meeting him at our rented home and actually buying a house took about a year. On my end, things were super complicated: I had a long commute to work, my wife got pregnant, there was a chance we would move to a whole new city, among other things. We were also not sure at all in the beginning about which neighborhood we wanted. Phil somehow managed to strike a perfect balance between making sure that we didn't let the ball drop during the process, while also not being pushy at all, always respecting us and being patient as our preferences evolved. Phil is clearly a pro who loves what he does. He knows so much about the history of houses and construction in the city, as well as materials, and could share so many insightful observations about each property — lighting, color, floor quality, and more. He was always frank, pointing out both the pros and cons. Every house visit felt like a masterclass! Finally, I must say that Phil is just a very nice guy! It makes the whole process much more fun. I would definitely work with him again in the future.
