With over two decades of experience in the Washington, D.C., real estate market, Phil is an industry leader who specializes in luxury single-family homes and prime-located multi-unit properties. He sells throughout the greater capital region and is licensed in D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. He joined Engel & Völkers in 2023.

Phil’s clients always come first, and he has a reputation as a skilled and solutions-oriented advocate and negotiator. He has a stellar track record in marketing luxury homes and multi-unit properties across the Mid Atlantic region, and his extensive global network ensures that his clients have access to prime opportunities both locally and internationally.

Phil leads three Engel & Völkers shops in Washington, D.C., Annapolis, and Ocean City, Maryland. In 2023, Phil was awarded Diamond Elite Status and, in just their first year with the brand, his Washington, D.C., shop was awarded the Marketing Excellence Award out of nearly 300 Engel & Völkers shops in the Americas. Prior to joining Engel & Völkers, Phil owned a boutique brokerage in D.C. for 11 years.

Phil, his wife, and two children live in Washington, D.C., and are avid world travelers. He is fluent in Spanish and Italian.
